According to the the Times Colonist twitter feed, the Grizzlies have signed 20 yr old forward David Mazurek, from Brantford Ont. Mazurek, has played in over 100 OHL games and was a regular in the Kingston Frontenacs line up last season.
With 18 points last season for Kingston which he should build on in Junior A and 75 penalty minutes, it sounds like the Grizzlies have added another big bodied forward who isn't afried to mix it up.
To clear a roster spot for David, the Grizzlies are looking to trade recent arrival Reid Jackman at this time. Jackman, had played 2 games for the Grizz.
