The Grizzlies trading spree hasn't lost any momentum as newly acquired defensemen Braden Pears, has been traded to the Silverbacks. Pears, a part of the Evan Richardson trade, looked like with his offensive jump from the defence could be a key contributor on the PP,but, for a D man at this level seemed to lack a little size and weight. At 18, Pears should/is a good D man at this level and still has a few years to develop. Braden, was up at the Kamloops Blazers camp before coming down to the Grizzlies.
