So if reports in the Times Colonist today from Mario Annicchiarico article are to be believed, the Grizzlies are testing the waters in regards to playing a few games downtown in the SOFA next season.
Weather it be rumour or simply some preliminary talks at this stage, it certainly has the hockey community in the city talking and certainly Grizzlies fans.
In Annicchiarico article, a potential format would be a double header game at the weekend, with the Grizzlies starting late in the afternoon and the WHL's Royals playing later on that night.
It seems bizarre,but, at the same time something seems to be brewing!
