Grizzlies defenceman and power play specialist, Taylor Pernerowski has been traded back to his home province of Ontario, with the OJHL's Coburg Cougars. The 20 yr old, who had missed the last month with the Grizzlies with a concussion had flown back to Ontario just before the Christmas break.
The Cougars are currently having a great 2011/12 season so far, with one of the better records in that league at this time. The Cougars, have just moved into the brand new Coburg Community Centre (very smilier design to Bear Mtn Arena), should provide Pernerowski the opportunity to make the OJHL playoffs with Coburg.
In return...yep you've guessed it, we've got futures coming back to us next season.
