Victoria Grizzlies v Powell River Kings @ Bear Mountain Arena, Jan 6th - Game Preview

Over the past three seasons, the Powell River Kings have been the team to beat in the Island Division.
Kent Lewis, has put together some very talented teams and his scouting network in Ont and Que, has certainly added to the talent and success of the Kings teams in recent years.
While Powell River doesn't have the strength and depth of recent times, they still have a team capable of beating anyone and will be there or there abouts when the teams jockey for playoff position.
The Kings have been a bogie team of sorts for the Grizzlies; this season, however, our boys lead the series 2 game to one.

A game under .500, the Kings still have former Grizzlie super kid Evan Richardson, forward Matt Scarth as well as one of the number one goalies in the BCHL in Jonah Imoo.

The Grizzlies are also catching the Kings playing their third game in three nights and after the Friday night performance over the Clippers, you have to like the black and gold chances.
